Robert O. CreaserDied: Monday, December 9th, 2024 A Celebration of his life is being planned for spring of 2025
Robert Olaf Creaser, age 89, of Elk Mound, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, December 9, 2024. Robert (Bob) was born on February 21, 1935 to the late Richard and Irene (Severson) Creaser in the town of Dunn. Bob married the love of his life, Jewel Ann Lawson, on August 1, 1953 in Mason City, Iowa. They eventually settled in the Elk Mound area, where they raised five children. In 1968, Bob and Jewel started B&J Auto Trim Upholstery and ran it until his passing. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Jewel; daughters, Deborah (Greg) Creaser Kipp, Cynthia (Roger) Kopp, Vickie (John) Girard and Roxanne (Michael) Nugent; grandchildren, Jackie (Jim) Janssen, Jason (Jamie) Galle, Kelly (Kurt) Roder, Trudy (Phillip) Johnson, Sara (Dustin) Salsbury, Michael (Craig Kohn) Baumgartner, Stacy (Brandon) Powell, Tessa (Joe) Gartmann, Barbara Creaser, Gaibrial Nugent and Sophia Nugent; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; sister, Sarah (Mike) Sol; and numerous nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his son, David Creaser; grandson, Matthew Baumgartner; sister, Mary (Wayne) Weber; and father-in-law, Carl Lawson. Bob left a lasting legacy through his large family! He had a gift for restoring classic cars and lived life to the fullest until the end. |
